As I stare at this picture I'm not only puzzled is this Fat Bastard's long lost American brother but WTF is that bulge in his pants? It can't be his nuts so somebody please tell me what it is. The yard is a mess and is that a swimming pool in the background? How in the dirty hell is anyone supposed to get to it without needing a tetanus shot?
